Mitchell Nathanson

Co-Founder & President

Prior to Legalex Mitchell worked at a major NYC law firm transforming the enterprise into a technological leader by implementing state-of-the-art applications focused on automation and business intelligence.

Prior to the legal industry he helped build a successful low latency systematic machine learning algorithmic hedge fund. Before launching his hedge fund Mitchell was Head of Portfolio Management at Man Investment Management, a subsidiary of the largest listed hedge fund globally.

Mitchell earned his undergraduate degree from American University's Kogod School of Business in Washington, D.C. and his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Richard Eisen

Co-Founder

Prior to Legalex Richard Harris Eisen co-founded Nicoletti & Harris, a leading process serving firm.

Mr. Eisen is a member of the New York State Professional Process Server’s Association; National Association of Professional Process Servers; New Jersey Professional Process Servers Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association; Partnership for Justice and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Richie graduated from Hartford University and the NY Institute of Technology.
